How to choose a suitable LED Display for you from professional led factory CANLIGHT?
Before making the price list of an LED display, we must know the necessary informations of each LED screen as following:
1, Working Environments: Indoor led display solution with low brightness and unwaterproof, or outdoor led display solution with high brightness and waterpoof function.
2, Useage Scenarios and Installation Method: Fixed installation for only one fixed place, or retnal installaiton for many different places, such as stage background LED Screen that is for different times at different places for different performances.
3, Maintenance Methods: Due to the maintenance space restrictions of each site is different, we have two different LED Display designs of maintenance method, frontal service and rear service. If the back side maintenance space is sufficient, we should choose the rear service led screen with cost-effective price. If the rear side maintenance space is not enough, we have to choose frontal service with higher price. If you want a two sides dual servcie led screen, it is sure possibe, but its price is more higher.
4, Viewing Distance: Including shortest viewing distance and fartest viewing distance of each led display. We will count the pixel pitch base on the viewing distances and led screen size.
5, LED Display Size: Width(mm) x Height(m) x Thickness Limit (mm), We will count the cost and price on these informations.
6, Images and Video of the Installation Location: We want to know the whole installation situation of each led display, such as viewing distance, viewing angles for left and right and top and below, Which floor of building it will be installed to, which installation method is the best solution for each led dispaly at different place. How much will be the installation structure cost, and so on… If you have the drawings ( DWG, PDF ) that will be more helpful for us making the solution and counting price list, especially for special shape customized creative LED display screen.
7, Where is the installation site? We need to know the address of the construction site for knowing your electric voltage ( such as AC220V, AC110V ), the Certifications for your country, the law of import customs clearance and Tax, shipment cost, and so on.

What time will the production takes for a new order?
Usually, the production of a normal LED Display Screen order will takes around 25-30 working days after you confirmed the order and received the advance deposit.
How to do the payment of LED Display Screen?
1, Usually, T/T 40% advance deposit before production, T/T the balance before shipment.
2, If the total value < 10,000 USD/time, you had better T/T 100% in advance in order to save the bank transaction fees.
How to ship the LED Display products to us?

How to repair the faulty spare parts of led display module?
1, Hardware: If you have experience in repairing the led moduels, you can do it by yourself directly on site or in your office. We can give you technical support. If you don’t know the repairing, you can send back the faulty spare parts to our factory ( Shenzhen of China ) or our designated agent ( HongKong, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailan, Albania, Italy, USA, Brazil……)
2, Software: If you have problem in software and control system, we can give you remote control system online to set the software of led display screen.
